No, all our products and services are funded using various energy saving initiatives. EnergySmart will assess your eligibility and will access the relevant funding on your behalf.
Firstly, EnergySmart will contact you to book in an initial energy saving assessment and will identify which measures are applicable to your property. The relevant funding will then be secured through a range of different energy saving initiatives. The installation of the different measures are then scheduled and completed, followed by a customer satisfaction survey.
We do our best to keep paperwork to a minimum, however we will require authorisation and a customer signature confirming that you are happy for EnergySmart to go ahead and secure the relevant funded energy saving initiatives on your behalf.
All installations are different and can take between 1 day and 7 days, subject to the size of your property and the different energy saving measures that you qualify for. Your install manager will always liaise with you at the beginning of the process to confirm the estimated timescales.
