Job role -Admin & Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a genuine passion and flair for high-quality customer service. As part of EnergySmart Group’s expansion plans, this new team member will work alongside the Installs Manager to help streamline and improve the management and delivery of our installations.

The successful candidate will perform various functions, supporting the effective planning of construction projects, booking of accommodation and general admin support for our installation teams and warehouse manager. They will also lead on all customer service aspects of customer installs, including resolution management and the delivery of any remedial and customer issues.

Duties include:

  • Lead on all customer service aspects including answering calls, making calls, resolving issues and encouraging positive customer reviews.
  • Work within the installs department to help schedule and manage installations and install teams.
  • Assist with the booking of accommodation associated with the installs and installs teams.
  • Help to collect photographic evidence of the installations from the install teams.
  • Support the installs department with all admin aspects including updating of spreadsheets, CRMs systems and scheduling software.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with any administrative tasks, and from time to time assist with ordering of materials etc.
  • General administrative tasks and general office support.


To be hired for the role of Installs Admin & Customer Service, we are expecting you to meet the following requirements:

  • Good and effective communication skills. Condident using a telephone and speaking to customers.
  • You must be computer literate and confident using different software packages and cloud-based business management tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles preferred.
  • Good attention to detail, highly organised and a proactive problem solver.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £20,000. Negotiable based on experience.
